Shipping policy

Shipping and handling is always $5.95 for orders under $44.95, and we are proud to offer free shipping for orders totaling $44.95 and above. While we wish we could offer free shipping for all orders, we are a small business and operate with tight budgets and limited resources. This makes it difficult to absorb the cost of shipping on small orders without negatively impacting the range of products our customers have come to know and love. We strive to provide fair and competitive shipping rates that reflect the cost of operations and help to maintain the viability and sustainability of Chadds Ford Jewelry.

Typically, our customers receive their orders within 1-5 days of placing them. For orders placed before 2PM, we will generally ship your package on the same business day. For orders placed after 2PM, we will send your order no later than the next business day. During periods of high volume, shipping delays of up to 1 business day may occur.
